So what are the next steps to take? How do we back the movement?

It would be hugely helpful if Thiel himself would make his presence felt; as written, Thielism can almost be interpreted as something that the author is inferring from the folks that Thiel has supported.

In order to have a movement you have to have a leader. And leaders must lead.

From the two comments above and the tone of the ZeroHedge.com article written on 10/21/21, I sense that Thiel has not authorized the article. Nevertheless, I have strong organizational and administrative skills. Email me at RampartRangeOwner@outlook.com and let me know how I might help get this project going. Chuck

This needs some meat on its bones. More aspirations than policy proposals. Still, Thiel is an important thinker, and is willing to invest in political change. So, watching this space with interest ...

The problem is with the Republicans, not Thiel. Their message going forward is "Lets go Brandon". The party has no new ideas, outside of immigration, which it doesn't believe anyway. It hasn't since Newt Gingrich. There are plenty of good ones that I can think of, thanks to the pandemic. Foremost, as a libertarian, I can offer three. 1) Get rid of the individual income tax (and sales tax) mandate and replace it with a tax on debt (ie. tax bad behavior, not good). 2) Get rid of the FICA and medicare taxes and replace them with financial transaction taxes of 1% on financial transactions (FICA), stock sales and 3) forex and futures transactions (currency and stock futures trading). WITH OVER 100T USD in debt, a tax of 2.1% will replace the current income tax mandate, an additional 1% will cover state income tax and sales taxes, permanently.

OK. Buy the destination. But a little unclear on the tactics to get there.

There's also a huge hiccup that's ignored. The Carter years....

Hoping we're in a repeat of the Carter years and the country has the ability to throw of that yoke like it did with Reagan's election. Joe Biden is every bit the Carter re-tread...except with drastically lower IQ. Carter was a terrible politician, but he was a nuclear USN officer.

This is a good start, but still only superficial. The only real solution is scientifically raised consciousness.
